Sometimes I still wonder: what the heck am I doing here?

MY JOURNEY

A little over a year ago, I was happily retired. I’d constructed a life I was enjoying. Before that, I’d spent 20 years as an Administrator and Manager for a multi-location surgical practice — and before that, a decade in business across various roles and industries.

I had spent my career solving problems, managing people, and holding things together for others. I was good at it. But I was often overextending myself, and underneath it all, something felt like it was missing. ME!

Then something unexpected happened.

What started as an effort to support someone else became my own journey of self-awareness, self-discovery, and personal transformation.

Through learning, practicing, and living the Rise 2 Realize Life System, I began to see myself — and the way I experienced life — with greater clarity. I realized how much of my thinking, my reactions, and even the choices I made had been shaped by experiences, expectations, and values I had absorbed throughout my life and career, rather than consciously chosen for myself.

As I learned to understand what was driving my reactions and look beyond that conditioning, something changed. I began to discover what genuinely mattered to me. I learned to trust my own inner guidance, honor my values, and live more consciously from within.

Today, my life feels peaceful, joyful, fulfilling, and light — not because life is always perfect, but because the way I experience and respond to it has changed.

WHY EMPOWERED FROM WITHIN

That transformation became the inspiration behind Empowered From Within and the source of my passion to help others move from feeling stuck to living empowered —with greater self-awareness, clarity, and fulfillment in every part of life.

I don’t believe anyone should tell you what your best life looks like. The answers become clearer when you learn how to look within.

My role is to help you to discover for yourself whats keeping you stuck and who you’re meant to become.
